For hygiene purposes there will be no refunds available, however items damaged during shipping may be replaced. A picture of the damaged item will be required via email at signaturecjbeauty@gmail.com.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
